This Privacy Policy explains how Trinity Basin Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the EYEsrCam Android application, this website, and related support communications.

2. Information handled by EYEsrCam

EYEsrCam may access device cameras, connected compatible imaging hardware, device sensors, local media, and location information when these functions are enabled and required for an operator-selected feature. Camera imagery, video, telemetry, and mission information may be processed on the user’s device.

Unless a future app release clearly states otherwise, Trinity Basin Systems does not sell personal information and does not use EYEsrCam data for third-party advertising.

3. Information you provide

When you contact support, you may provide your name, email address, device or app details, diagnostic information, screenshots, and the content of your request. Please do not send sensitive operational data unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.

4. How information is used

• To provide app features requested by the operator.

5. Sharing

App content stored locally remains on the user’s device until the user deletes it, clears application storage, or removes the app, subject to device backups and operating-system behavior. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain records, protect security, and meet legal obligations.

8. Accounts

EYEsrCam does not currently offer server-hosted user accounts.

9. Children

EYEsrCam is intended for professional and operational users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
