1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EYEsrCam or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.

2. Intended use

EYEsrCam is a situational-awareness support tool. It does not replace trained personnel, certified equipment, aviation regulations, emergency procedures, official mapping, or sound operational judgment. You are responsible for determining whether the app is suitable for a particular use.

3. Operator responsibility

You are solely responsible for lawful operation of aircraft, cameras, mobile devices, and connected hardware; obtaining required permissions; protecting privacy; validating displayed information; and following all applicable federal, state, local, and agency rules.

4. No emergency-service guarantee

EYEsrCam is not an emergency dispatch service and does not guarantee communications, detection, location accuracy, mission success, availability, or response. Do not rely on the app as the sole means of protecting life, safety, or property.

5. License and restrictions

Subject to these terms and applicable store terms, Trinity Basin Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EYEsrCam for its intended purpose. You may not unlawfully copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app.

6. Third-party hardware and services

Compatibility with a device or camera does not imply endorsement by its manufacturer. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms. Trinity Basin Systems is not responsible for changes, outages, or failures in third-party hardware or services.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trinity Basin Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of use, mission interruption, or loss arising from reliance on the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

9. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms.
